Nice ones. Especially the 3rd one, I always think of that when I’m getting that tired overall feeling, but I know that really, I can just push through it.

Mind plays tricks on us.
Apparently the brain will do what it thinks it needs to to stop you depleting your glucose stores (it uses around 70% of your body’s glucose. If it thinks you’re using too much up, it’ll start making you want to slow down or stop, when in actual fact you’ve got plenty left in the tank.
So push through!
